San Antonio FC signs two to roster

San Antonio FC has signed forward Mike Seth and midfielder Connor Presley to their roster, the club announced on Thursday afternoon.

Seth spent the 2016 season with the Colorado Springs Switchbacks, where he tallied eight goals and five assists. In his two seasons with Colorado, he totaled 12 goals and eight assists.

“We welcome Mike to the club and we look forward to working with him on a daily basis,” said SAFC Head Coach Darren Powell in a team press release. “He is a player that the coaching staff feels can come in and help us right away. He is going to add competitiveness, hunger and desire to the group to keep us pushing forward.”

The 29-year-old played in four matches with Phoenix Rising FC this season.

Presley, 25, joins San Antonio after spending time with the Lonestar SC Development Academy in Austin.

Additionally, SAFC also announced the release of forward Aly Alberto Hassan.

San Antonio FC will return to the pitch on Saturday night when they travel to Nevada to take on Reno 1868 FC at 9:30 p.m.
